The following is a brief guide to some frequently asked questions.
Q. What time do I arrive at the service?
A. Five or ten minutes prior to the service is sufficient as long as you feel comfortable. This gives the Funeral Director time to obtain signatures in the memorial book and seat all mourners.
Q. Where do I sit?
A. The Funeral Director will take you to a reserved seat. It is a good idea to advise him prior to the service if you would like extended seating.
Q. What happens when the service finishes?
A. The Funeral Director will guide family members to a location where condolences will be offered from mourners. On completion the family should move to vehicles for transport home or to a location for tea or drinks.
