We are a family who have lost loved ones of our own on several occasions so we know the grief and stress it places on an entire family. No one was able to share the same feelings as we were, because it was our family alone that was effected.

| Educated in Sydney, Robbie moved to the Gold Coast with a strong sense of community values. She is involved with Family Services as well as volunteering her services in aged care. Robbie belongs to many organisations including the Australian Funeral Director Association ( Women In Funeral Services ), Business Network International and Women In Foccus Group. |

| Mark Terence Hobson: (Funeral Director) |
| Educated on the Gold Coast at All Saints Anglican School. Mark moved to the Gold Coast for his schooling. On completion of his schooling in 1996 Mark decided to help establish "A Gentle Touch Funerals". Mark has a keen interest in a number of hobbies but his true passion is photography. Mark has worked for A Gentle Touch Funerals for over 8 years and plays a significant part in the company with his experience in all areas of funeral directing. |

| Born and raised in New Zealand, Don is a qualified Bread and Pastry Cook and achieved a diploma in the Radio and Television industry. He also spent many years "treading the boards" in the local amateur theatre societies both here in Australia and New Zealand. He gets a tremendous feeling when he's able to use his experience to assist those who have lost a loved member of their family. |

| Educated in Mount Isa, Rebecca moved to the Gold Coast in 1991. Rebecca is a qualified Nail Technician and Cosmetician. She has had a yearning to enter the funeral industry for many years. In 2007, Rebecca was given the opportunity to fulfill her dream working with A Gentle Touch Funerals. She approaches her work with passion and enthusiasm and strives to ensure that every loved one is cared for with the utmost respect. |

| Peter is a long time resident of the Gold Coast, having relocated his family from Sydney in search of a better future for them. He excels as a "people person" and brings to his work professionalism and a personal touch. He has been part of the service and hospitality industry for over thirty years and has gained wide experience in the funeral industry.

| Gail has more than 20 years experience in the funeral industry. Gail’s aim is to provide a funeral service tailored to suit the individual and families. Gail offers a very personal and individual service reflecting on the past and creating a memory that everyone can take with them. Gail’s approach is to meet the family and friends, becoming acquainted with them and their needs to develop a funeral that they want.
