We were introduced to you, A Gentle Touch Funerals, by other people that had used your business. They spoke so highly of your company and staff that it impressed me and Gillian to use your services.
Terry, when you came to see us at our house when Gillian was alive, we were impressed with your sincerity and professionalism. After Gillian's passing, I had contact with Robbie who was so helpful and gracious towards us. I want to thank you on behalf of Julie, Charles, Josephine, Fiona, Byram and myself.

Dear Terry and Staff
Thank you for the conduct of the funeral service of my companion, Carole Bell.
You and your staff were fantastic to work with and showed great sensitivity, particularly as it involved working interstate. My family and I are greatly impressed at the knowledge and professionalism of your business.
Your new premises are an asset to Mudgeeraba, your chapel is beautiful and my family are honoured that our service was the conducted there.
Thank you for your advice and recommendations of others to assist in the service.
The wonderful comments from a lot of those in attendance, remarked that it was one of the nicest funerals they had attended and myself personally, I must say I am humbled by the experience.
The business name A Gentle Touch Funeral is certainly appropriate, especially in the way everything was handled. My family extend our sincere thanks and appreciation.
Whilst it was a sad and upsetting time for and my family it was made easier by you and your staff and your Account was far less than I expected.

To the Directors of ‘A Gentle Touch’
On behalf of my family, I find myself writing yet another letter of commendation in a matter of a few months, to express appreciation to Gail Webb and Rebecca Bailey for the way in which they conducted my mother’s funeral. The gentle and caring way they handled all arrangements was appreciated be the family. We especially loved the way in which they dressed in pink shirts to honour our mother, who loved the colour pink.
Both Ms Webb and Ms Bailey were respectful of our mother’s body and our love for her. They understood of the needs and desires of family members and they listened actively and guided us patiently in our decision making processes.
My siblings and I were grateful for the way in which these two professionals cared for our family this second time of grief. Many of the people who attended our mother’s funeral made enquire about ‘A Gentle Touch’ and Ms Webb and Ms Bailey. My siblings and I were happy to recommend your company for the service they provided.
